Medical Sales Representative

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our medical products and services to healthcare professionals The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen excellent interpersonal skills and a good understanding of the medical or pharmaceutical industry Key Responsibilities Sales and Promotion Promote and sell company products including medical devices pharmaceuticals or healthcare supplies to hospitals clinics pharmacies and other healthcare institutions Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues Product Knowledge Stay updated on product specifications medical research industry trends and competitor products Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain benefits to healthcare professionals Market Analysis Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers Gather and report feedback from clients on product performance pricing and competitors Administrative Duties Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and market data Prepare and submit timely sales reports to the Sales Manager Team Collaboration Work closely with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional strategies Attend and actively participate in team meetings training sessions and medical conferences Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy Business or related fields Preferred 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or a related field Freshers with relevant academic backgrounds are welcome to apply Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to achieve sales targets Knowledge of medical terminology and industry trends is an advantage Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Key Skills Negotiation and persuasion skills Self-motivation and goal-oriented approach Strong organizational and time management abilities Problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Travel and mobile allowances Comprehensive training programs and growth opportunities Health insurance and other employee benefits If you re passionate about healthcare sales and want to make a meaningful impact we encourage you to apply and join our team Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Life insurance Paid sick time Education Diploma Preferred Work Location In person
