Role:Oracle HCMand Absence Senior Consultant

Experience:6+ years

Location:Bangalore / Pune / Noida / Remote

Shift:UK hours

Contract Duration:6 months to extendable

Notice Period:Immediate / 15 days

Job Description

- Core HR and Absence consultant with 6+ years ofOracle HCMCloud experience.
- Ability to lead a team, contribute to project initiatives, and guide clients on best practices.
- Hands-on skills in configuration, integrations, and Fast Formula debugging.
- Conduct client workshops, design playback sessions, and knowledge transfer.
- Build trusted client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

- 6+ years ofOracle HCMConsulting experience.
- Minimum 5 years ofOracleGlobal HCM Cloud Core HR & Absence Management implementation.
- 23 end-to-end implementation projects completed in Core HR & Absence Management.
- Strong leadership in workshops (process, design, configuration, validation).
- Excellent communication (spoken & written English).
- Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.

Desirable Skills

- Broader HR process understanding.
- Experience with additionalOracleCloud modules such as Payroll.
