Are you in As a AI Expert you would lead and drive AI-powered search optimization initiatives across Search Engine Optimisation, Generative Engine Optimization, and AEO. This role will own key deliverables related to global search visibility, AI-driven content optimization, and governance frameworks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance organic traffic and engagement. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role - Strong understanding of AI-driven search optimization, LLM visibility, and generative search engines. - Proven track record in technical SEO, structured data, and content optimization. - Familiarity with global localization strategies and geo-targeting. - Hands-on experience with analytics tools (GA4, BigQuery), tagging frameworks, and governance models. - Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally. - Knowledge of AI Search Ecosystem (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, LLM-based search). - Experience with community engagement platforms and social listening tools. - Apply SEO/AEO best practices for prioritized products and applications, identifying content gaps and driving AI-based optimizations (e.g., GPT-driven enhancements). - Product owner/manager Experience - Strong analytical and reporting skills for KPI measurement and impact tracking. - Increase Organic Traffic Share - Improve Search Findability in top 5 results across covered channels. - Enhance LLM visibility and AI-driven engagement metrics. Your Profile Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed - GEO Strategy: Define actionable GEO strategy including implementation roadmap, KPI measurement, and execution of initial steps. - Experience: 5+ years in SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) AEO, or related digital marketing roles - Governance Framework: Develop and deliver Proof of Concept (POC) and governance framework for 3rd-party communities (e.g., Reddit listening posts). - Channel Implementation: Design and implement tagging and governance in at least one owned channel to support SEO initiatives. - Collaborate on Content SEO Strategy and execution steps for divisional content optimization. - Experience with community engagement platforms and social listening tools. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
