Who are we The Quarry is a luxury home dcor brand It s nothing less than a revolution in the natural stones industry- bringing the finest natural stones to India and changing the way they re sold To know more about us visit www quarry asia and are a lean team of high performing go-getters who take ownership of their roles in the organisation Debates and discussions are an important part of our culture and we encourage people to bring unique perspectives to the conversations Most importantly we love solving problems If you think you re cut out from a similar cloth we d encourage you to apply to this role What would you be required to do Curate Client Journeys - Deeply understand each client s vision aspirations and design sensibilities to offer impeccably natural stones - Deliver exclusive personalised presentations and private gallery tours of our luxury collection at The Quarry Gallery - Cultivate and nurture high-value relationships with HNIs UHNIs and leading figures in the architecture and design fraternity Lead Strategic Sales Initiatives- Take full ownership of the sales lifecycle from the first conversation to the final handshake - Partner with architects interior designers and key decision-makers to propose refined value-driven solutions - Proactively manage and convert high-quality leads from B2B partners curated events and targeted marketing efforts Collaborate to Elevate- Liaise seamlessly with Operations Logistics and Finance teams to deliver flawless end-to-end client experiences - Influence product curation and gallery aesthetics to enhance engagement and inspire purchase decisions Analyse Innovate and Excel- Maintain records of client interactions project progress and sales metrics - Stay ahead of the curve by tracking global luxury trends evolving interior design preferences and competitor strategies - Continuously refine your expertise through advanced training in product knowledge client relationship mastery and negotiation skills What skills are we looking for - An uncompromising passion for problem solving- Excellent communication skills- written and verbal- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills - Excellent analytical skills Who qualifies - Master s Degree in Management- 5 years of Luxury Sales experience ref updazz com
