Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new suppliers to support business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize cost and quality.
- Conduct vendor evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Build long-term relationships with suppliers to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier agreements to ensure favorable terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to delivery, cost, or quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, quality, production) to align supplier capabilities with business needs.
