Location - Hosur Experience - 7 to 10 years 1 Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations of all departments Laboratory Radiology Front Office HR Accounts Corporate Marketing Ensure efficient workflow timely report delivery and adherence to turnaround time TAT Monitor equipment maintenance calibration and AMC compliance Ensure proper utilization of resources and control operational expenses 2 Business Development Revenue Growth Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and revenue Identify new business opportunities such as corporate tie-ups doctor referrals health camps and wellness packages Review daily revenue reports and drive team performance towards achieving monthly targets Collaborate with marketing and corporate teams to expand business presence 3 Quality Compliance Ensure compliance with NABL NABH ISO and other regulatory standards Monitor sample handling accuracy of results and patient data confidentiality Conduct periodic internal audits and ensure corrective actions Maintain safety and infection control protocols 4 Human Resource Team Management Lead motivate and supervise staff across all departments Ensure adequate staffing training and skill development Conduct performance appraisals and implement employee engagement initiatives Enforce HR policies and ensure discipline across the organization 5 Financial Administrative Control Oversee budgeting cost control and financial reporting Approve vendor payments and maintain good relationships with suppliers and partners Monitor cash flow billing accuracy and receivable management Ensure all statutory and tax compliances are met 6 Customer Service Patient Experience Maintain high standards of patient care and service delivery Handle escalated patient complaints and ensure quick resolution Review patient feedback and implement improvement plans Promote a patient-centric culture across all departments 7 Strategic Planning Reporting Assist management in long-term planning and business expansion Prepare monthly MIS reports and performance reviews Analyze business performance metrics and implement corrective actions where needed Job Type Full-time Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
