About The Role The Technology Analyst at Randstad Enterprise plays a vital role in providing exceptional technical support, training, and testing services across our EMEA operations. This role is customer-focused and aims to enhance organizational performance by ensuring the seamless operation of technology systems integral to our talent solutions. The Technology Analyst is responsible for delivering first and second-line support for a portfolio of MSP and RPO programs, addressing technical issues that arise, and maintaining high levels of service quality. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents, managing change requests related to Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and participating in system implementations and upgrades. The role also involves delivering technical training to operational teams, supporting testing during new system rollouts, and contributing to the continuous improvement of support tools and knowledge bases. The Technology Analyst works closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and project teams to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements and operate efficiently. This position requires a proactive individual capable of working independently and collaboratively within a squad-based structure, providing dedicated support to assigned teams. The role is essential for maintaining operational excellence, supporting innovation, and ensuring that technology systems align with business objectives and client expectations. Qualifications Applicants should possess a university degree or postgraduate qualification, or demonstrate equivalent professional and intellectual capabilities. Candidates must have a minimum of four years experience working within MSP or RPO environments, with at least three years hands-on experience with key technology providers such as SAP Fieldglass or Beeline. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment is essential. Experience with reporting tools, vendor management systems, application tracking systems, CRM databases, and analytics platforms is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications is necessary. Candidates should have prior experience working within matrix organizations and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure are critical for success in this role. Additional qualifications include proficiency in Excel, Smartsheets, and good command of English, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, highly motivated to improve processes, and possesses a collaborative attitude with a willingness to take responsibility for tasks and projects independently. Responsibilities - Provide first- and second-line technical support for a portfolio of MSP and RPO clients, ensuring issues are resolved within SLA and escalating to third-line support when necessary. - Manage and resolve technical incidents related to VMS/ATS systems, including system errors, access issues, and misbehavior affecting client programs. - Collaborate with technology vendors such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, and others to address issues and implement change requests. - Deliver technical training sessions to operational teams to enhance system usage and understanding. - Participate in testing during new system implementations, upgrades, and expansions to ensure smooth deployment and functionality. - Maintain and update support toolkit and knowledge base to improve service delivery and facilitate issue resolution. - Support the implementation of new technology solutions, including gathering requirements, testing, and providing feedback for improvements. - Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to monitor system performance, identify trends, and recommend enhancements. - Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and optimize system performance. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
