Job Title: HR Recruiter - Call Centre Department: Human Resources Reports to: HR Manager Job Type: Full-time Location: Thane (Kalyan West) Key Responsibilities: ü  Manage end-to-end recruitment for call centre roles (Customer Service Representatives, QA, etc.) ü  Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning ü  Post job ads on job portals, social media, and internal platforms ü  Proactively source candidates through referrals and online channels ü  Screen resumes and conduct telephonic to assess communication and customer service skills. ü  Schedule interviews, coordinate hiring panels, and follow up on interview feedback. ü  Maintain candidate pipelines and keep database updated. ü  Handle bulk hiring campaigns and recruitment drives ü  Support hiring for night shifts ü  Contribute to improving the candidate experience and employer brand ü  Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review Requirements: ü  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration will be added advantage. ü  Minimum 1 years of experience in high-volume or call centre recruitment ü  Strong interviewing and screening skills, especially for voice and customer-facing roles ü  Proficiency with job portals ü  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with basic excel knowledge. ü  Willingness to work flexible hours depending on hiring needs Preferred Qualifications: ü  Prior experience hiring for BPO/KPO/call centres (inbound, outbound, voice) ü  Exposure to mass hiring events and walk-in drivesMore information about this HR Recruiter - Call Centre JobPlease go through the below FAQs to get all answers related to the given HR Recruiter - Call Centre jobWhat are the job requirements to apply for this HR Recruiter - Call Centre job position?
