Position Public Relations Officer PRO cum Admission Incharge Department Administration Admissions Reports To Principal School Director Location Madhubani Bihar Employment Type Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an articulate charismatic and organized professional to lead our Admissions and Public Relations department The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents guiding them through the admission process while simultaneously managing the school s brand image internal external communications and media relations in alignment with CBSE guidelines and the school s ethos Key Responsibilities 1 Admission Management Inbound Outbound Inquiry Handling Manage all walk-ins telephonic inquiries and email leads with a high conversion rate Provide detailed information about the CBSE curriculum school infrastructure and teaching methodology Counselling conduct campus tours and one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective parents to understand their needs and showcase the school s value proposition Process Execution Oversee the entire admission cycle from form issuance and document verification Birth Certificates Transfer Certificates Report Cards to fee collection and enrollment Database Management Maintain an up-to-date Admission Register as per CBSE norms and CRM database of prospective and current students Entrance Testing Coordinate with academic coordinators to schedule and conduct admission tests interviews for students 2 Public Relations Communication Brand Ambassadorship Act as the official spokesperson for the school at education fairs community events and open houses Content Strategy Manage the school s social media handles Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and website updates to showcase student achievements and school activities Parent Engagement Draft and disseminate circulars newsletters and SMS WhatsApp updates to keeping existing parents informed and engaged Media Relations Write press releases for school events Annual Day Sports Day and coordinate with local media for coverage Feeder School Relations Build and maintain relationships with pre-schools and kindergartens in the vicinity to create a pipeline for Grade 1 admissions 3 Administrative CBSE Compliance Ensure all admission procedures adhere strictly to CBSE Bye-laws and State Government RTE regulations Handle parent grievances regarding transport facilities or general administration with empathy and prompt resolution Prepare weekly and monthly reports on admission trends withdrawals and inquiry conversion rates for the management Qualifications Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in Public Relations Mass Communication Marketing or Business Administration A background in Education Management is a plus Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a reputed CBSE International school or the hospitality service industry Language Proficiency Excellent command over spoken and written English and Local Language Hindi Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint and experience using School Management Software ERP or CRM tools Key Competencies Empathy Patience Ability to listen effectively to anxious parents and address their concerns calm Persuasion Skills Strong ability to sell the school s vision without sounding aggressive Presentable Professional attire and grooming standards are mandatory as the face of the school Crisis Management Ability to handle negative feedback or PR crises with maturity Salary Benefits Salary Competitive Commensurate with experience and city standards Benefits Fee concession for wards as per school policy Professional development workshops Paid leave and holidays as per the academic calendar Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 9 664 43 - 38 875 62 per month Work Location In person
