- Capability to coordinate for safety activities as a part of project safety development

- Ability to maintain development Interface Agreement(DIA) with customers

- Proficiency in creating and maintaining project safety plan in alignment with project management and engineering departments according to development process
-
- Experience in preparing functional safety concepts and technical safety concepts
-
- Expertise in derivation of safety requirements from safety concept
-
- Ability to define safety strategies for random hardware failure
-
- Capability to define system safe states and its transition and perform failure analysis for interfaces
- Proven experience in leading functional safety meetings with customer
- Experience in performing quantitative FTA to derive the system failure rate to meet random hardware failure safety target ISO26262 processes as per the ASIL level of product in development
- Experience in preparing and reviewing test case specification for functional safety validation
- Ability to interface between customer safety organization and engineering departments for safety related activities
- Capability to escalate and de-escalate project related issues pertaining to safety Compilation of safety case
- Sound experience in HARA and DFMEA -> System and Hardware Software ISO26262 processes as per part 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8
- Experience in Functional safety validation
- Knowledge of ASIL B, C, or D system
- Experience with automotive systems development life cycle
