Job Role:

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Cucumber, Playwright, and Postman
- Implement API automation using REST Assured, and contribute to microservices testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into automated test cases.
- Ensure high coverage of regression and end-to-end test cases, targeting >90% automation
- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, and Docker/Kubernetes
- Maintain test data and results in SCM tools like GitHub, and track progress in platforms like Azure DevOps
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-8 years of experience in automation testing with strong coding skills in Java, JavaScript or Python.
- Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks, API testing, and UI automation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies.
- Strong understanding of telecom OSS/BSS domains is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- ISTQB Certification or equivalent.
- Experience with tools like TestRigor, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and Zypher
- Exposure to self-healing and scriptless automation frameworks
