Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Intern , based in Mumbai. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The role also involves developing and implementing effective recruiting and training strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent. Daily tasks include maintaining candidate databases, providing recruiting reports, and collaborating with management to understand workforce needs.

Qualifications

- Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
- Strong Interviewing skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficiency in Training and Development
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- CTC - 15K to 22K
