Job Role: Cloud IAM Engineer - GCP Experience: 6+ Years Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore Contract Duration: 6+ Months Budget: Up to 29 LPA We are seeking an experienced Cloud IAM Engineer to join our Enterprise Information Security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, automating, and testing Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions to support secure, role-based access provisioning across the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement IAM processes and standards for GCP. - Develop automation using GCP CLI, Terraform, Bash, and Python. - Manage IAM roles, policies, RBAC, and federation across GCP projects. - Handle Service Account Impersonation and Workload Identity Federation. - Manage service accounts, access tokens, and related security controls. - Troubleshoot IAM and access issues across the GCP organization. - Support automation pipelines using GitHub / GitHub Actions. - Manage access-related requests through ServiceNow. Required Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in IT/Cloud technologies. - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform. - Strong expertise in Google Cloud security, IAM architecture, and GCP APIs. - Deep understanding of the GCP IAM hierarchy and access control models. - Strong troubleshooting skills and a solution-oriented, customer-focused approach.
