Job Role: Cloud IAM Engineer - GCPExperience: 6+ YearsLocation: Hyderabad / BangaloreContract Duration: 6+ MonthsBudget: Up to 29 LPAWe are seeking an experienced Cloud IAM Engineer to join our Enterprise Information Security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, automating, and testing Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions to support secure, role-based access provisioning across the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement IAM processes and standards for GCP.Develop automation using GCP CLI, Terraform, Bash, and Python.Manage IAM roles, policies, RBAC, and federation across GCP projects.Handle Service Account Impersonation and Workload Identity Federation.Manage service accounts, access tokens, and related security controls.Troubleshoot IAM and access issues across the GCP organization.Support automation pipelines using GitHub / GitHub Actions.Manage access-related requests through ServiceNow.Required Qualifications6+ years of experience in IT/Cloud technologies.3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.Strong expertise in Google Cloud security, IAM architecture, and GCP APIs.Deep understanding of the GCP IAM hierarchy and access control models.Strong troubleshooting skills and a solution-oriented, customer-focused approach.
