We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Automation Specialist to join our Business Process Automation department within the CJ organisation. The Senior Automation Specialist will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities - Lead Automation Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex automation projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time and within budget. - Design and Develop Solutions: Create and implement advanced automation systems and processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts. - Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation. - Troubleshoot and Maintain Systems: Identify and resolve issues with automation systems, ensuring their reliability and performance. - Document Processes: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes, solutions, and system configurations. - Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in automation to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an automation role, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies. - Technical Skills: Experience with automation tools and technologies such as RPA (e.G., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, Azure). - Coding Languages: Proficient in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, AWS S3. Nice to have a Java (basic level). - Product management & scoping: Experienced in technical scoping & project/scrum management. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior level stakeholders. - Team Mentoring: Skilled at team mentorship and coaching, and supporting on technical delivery across projects. - Certifications: Relevant certifications in automation or related fields are a plus. Nice to have qualifications: - Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. - Eager to explore and implement new platforms and workflows using AI/ML technologies
