Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of ad agency experience to lead client relationships, pitch ideas, and develop strategic campaigns. If youre a proactive, solution-driven professional with a passion for strategy, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact, managing client relationships and addressing concerns with professionalism and tact.
- Strategic Planning & Pitches: Conduct comprehensive research to develop well-informed brand positioning and campaign strategies. Design integrated campaigns that resonate with target audiences, balancing creativity and data.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Lead internal teams to ensure alignment between strategic planning and creative execution. Take ownership of campaign delivery while ensuring timelines are met.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in an agency, with a focus on client management and strategic pitch development.
- Strong experience in developing and presenting strategic ideas, with the ability to drive client buy-in.
- Expertise in creating strategic plans, media selection, and campaign execution.

Preferred Skills:

- 1-2 years of experience in strategic planning, with an emphasis on brand and campaign development.
- Ability to conduct deep market analysis, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to stay ahead of trends in the advertising industry.
