Job Description We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager with 4 to 5 years of experience managing IT and/or business projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end project life cycle, from initiation to closure - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution - Monitor and track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans - Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget constraints - Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques - Conduct regular status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders - Prepare reports and documentation for executive-level presentations - Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to ensure alignment and accountability - Ensure all projects comply with organizational standards, methodologies, and frameworks - Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learned Required Skills: - 4 to 5 years of experience in project management - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid) - Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar) - Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination - Solid understanding of SDLC or business project workflows - Strong risk management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: - PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification - Experience managing IT, digital transformation, or infrastructure projects - Familiarity with tools like Confluence, MS Teams, or SharePoint - Exposure to budgeting and financial tracking of projects - Understanding of change management principles Soft Skills: - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and under pressure - Attention to detail and commitment to quality - Team player with a collaborative mindset - Time management and multitasking abilities
