About The Role The Chief of Staff is a strategic thought partner to the CEO and a force multiplier for executive focus, alignment, and execution. This role sits at the nerve center of Sarder Inc., helping drive clarity, cross-functional collaboration, and accountability across all portfolio companies. You will manage top-priority initiatives, ensure alignment across teams, and turn the CEO's vision into operational reality. Key Responsibility - Strategic Enablement: Translate CEO vision into actionable roadmaps; track progress on strategic initiatives across NetCom Learning, AI Certs, and other subsidiaries. - Executive Alignment: Facilitate coordination and communication across leadership of multiple portfolio companies to drive synergy, visibility, and alignment. - Program Management: Lead and manage key cross-functional projects and initiatives, from incubation to execution. - Decision Support: Prepare strategic documents, board updates, presentations, and data-backed reports for CEO- Level decision. - Meeting & Workflow Orchestration: Own cadence and content of leadership meetings, offsites, and business reviews; ensure CEO's priorities are executed with speed and precision. - Stakeholder Management: Be the CEO's proxy for select high-level discussions with internal and external stakeholders. - Culture Carrier: Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board while upholding the values and pace of a high-impact, mission-driven organization. Experience Ideal Candidate Profile: - 610 years of relevant experience in program management, strategy & operations, or Chief of Staff roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments. - Exposure to edtech, enterprise training, or AI/tech-driven businesses is a strong advantage. Skillset - Strong strategic thinking with a bias for execution - High executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication - Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management abilities - Ability to juggle multiple priorities across complex, matrixed environments - Analytical, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven Attributes - Highly proactive, discreet, and solutions-oriented - Thrives in ambiguity and builds clarity - Deep ownership and a no-job-too-small attitude Preferred Background Candidates with experience in: CEO Office / Chief of Staff roles Program Management in strategy, operations, or transformation roles Cross-functional team leadership in consulting or product-led companies Global or multi-entity corporate environments Why Join us: At Sarder Inc., you don't just take a role you take a mission.
