This role involves designing and delivering engaging learning experiences, analyzing training effectiveness, and supporting organizational development initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Design and deliver training sessions tailored to organizational needs. - Facilitate new hire orientation, leadership development, and skill-building workshops. - Develop engaging training materials using modern instructional design principles. - Update and refine content to align with evolving business priorities and trends. - Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics. - Implement improvements to ensure optimal learning outcomes. - Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and align programs with goals. - Support cross-functional teams in implementing learning initiatives. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization. - Stay informed about the latest trends in talent development and instructional technologies. What will you need to succeed in this role - Strong presentation and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences. - Ability to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and training tools. Good To Have - Expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies. - Experience with eLearning tools and virtual training platforms. - Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training practices. - Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD). - Background in change management or leadership coaching. - Familiarity with data-driven approaches to measure training success. Role Requisites - Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or talent development roles. - Proven ability to create and deliver effective learning solutions. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
