Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Marketing Specialist who is passionate about building brands, engaging audiences, and driving measurable business results through digital storytelling. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media strategy, paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), and organic growth across multiple platforms. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media initiatives that enhance visibility, engagement, and conversions, while maintaining a consistent and impactful brand presence. Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement. - Develop and implement organic and paid social media strategies to grow followers, boost interactions, and generate qualified leads. - Manage multiple client accounts and projects while delivering strong ROI and consistent performance metrics. - Create and oversee content calendars, ensuring timely and engaging posts aligned with brand tone and marketing goals. - Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, captions, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates. - Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. - Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce high-impact visuals and copy for ads, stories, and social media posts. - Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum reach and cost efficiency. - Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, platform updates, and algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly. - Support basic SEO and keyword alignment to maintain synergy between social, paid, and organic marketing efforts. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. - 13 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Campaign Management (organic + paid). - Deep understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with proven success in optimizing campaign performance. - Strong expertise in social media growth strategies, community engagement, and content performance tracking. - Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics / GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite). - Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and website audits (preferred). - Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical abilities. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines with creativity and precision.
