Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Social Media & Digital Coordination Executive to oversee our complete digital ecosystem. This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage third-party aggregator platforms, maintain digital hygiene across channels, coordinate brand assets, handle daily content workflows, and ensure seamless communication across all online touchpoints. Key Responsibilities 1. Third-Party Aggregator Management Manage all third-party platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, EazyDiner, etc.). Coordinate menu on-loading photo check, review revert and product hygiene. Monitor commissions, co-funding, and discount structures and ensure accurate backend entries. Track performance dashboards, ratings, and weekly hygiene checks. 2. Social Media Coordination Coordinate daily social media posting requirements with internal teams and external agencies. Ensure timely sharing of photos, videos, and creative briefs. Maintain an organized content library of images and brand assets. 3. Google My Business (GMB) Management Maintain and update all GMB listings across locations. Handle reviews, ratings, Q&A, and business information updates. Conduct weekly hygiene checks to ensure accuracy of location details, timings, and visuals. 4. Instagram & Online Communication Respond to all Instagram messages, comments, DMs, and engagement queries. Coordinate with internal teams for lead follow-ups (reservations, event queries, etc.). Maintain a warm, professional, and brand-aligned tone of voice for all communication. 5. Digital Hygiene & Quality Check Perform daily hygiene checks across all digital platforms GMB, Instagram, aggregators, website, menus, and brand creatives. Identify errors, outdated content, or mismatched visuals and rectify them promptly. Maintain consistency of brand identity across all platforms. 6. Coordination & Reporting Manage day-to-day coordination with marketing teams, design teams, photographers, and operational managers. Track deliverables, deadlines, and execution calendars. Prepare weekly reports on digital hygiene, platform performance, and engagement insights.
