Training and Skill Development Participate in structured training programs related to the company’s engineering tools, systems, and safety protocols. Attend technical workshops, hands-on sessions, and on-the-job training to build relevant skills. Undergo evaluations and assessments during the training period to track progress. 2. Technical Assistance Support senior engineers in planning, designing, testing, and executing engineering tasks. Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects. Assist in the preparation of engineering documentation, technical specifications, and reports. Perform basic calculations, simulations, or design adjustments under supervision. 3. Project Involvement Contribute to live engineering or development projects based on assigned department (e.g., mechanical design, software development, civil site work, product testing, etc.). Attend team meetings and participate in discussions around timelines, challenges, and improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, production, R&D, and operations. 4. Compliance and Safety Follow all company policies and safety guidelines while working on equipment, tools, or software. Wear protective gear (where applicable) and maintain a clean and organized work area. Understand and comply with ISO, QA, and industry regulations relevant to the company’s processes. 5. Reporting and Documentation Maintain logs of daily tasks, learning activities, and project contributions. Submit weekly or monthly reports detailing progress and training feedback. Update supervisors on the status of assigned tasks or areas needing support. 6. Innovation and Problem Solving Share new ideas or suggest improvements in processes, products, or workflow. Approach technical challenges with logical thinking and willingness to learn from mistakes.
