Who we are At Twilio we re shaping the future of communications all from the comfort of our homes We deliver innovative solutions to and empower millions of developers worldwide to craft personalized customer experiences Our dedication to and strong culture of connection and global inclusion means that no matter your location you re part of a vibrant team with diverse experiences making a global impact each day As we continue to revolutionize how the world interacts we re acquiring new skills and experiences that make work feel truly rewarding Your career at Twilio is in your hands See yourself at Twilio Join the team as Twilio s next Financial Systems Manager About the job This position is needed to support and scale critical revenue and order-to-cash systems and related processes as a member of the Controllership organization This position will provide functional and technical expertise in our drive towards efficiency automation and scale In this role you ll work highly cross-functionally with Go-to-Market Business Applications Salesforce Product Engineering Analytics Tech Services and Accounting teams to define business requirements lead test cycles and drive delivery of scalable solutions We are a fast growing company and are focused on building systems that scale We are looking for a team player who is excited about building streamlined processes and automation to support our growth The ideal candidate is energized by team collaboration and continuously seeking new methods that promote efficiency or solve a problem Responsibilities In this role you ll Document existing and future Order-to-Cash process and data flows exhibiting strong attention to detail Understand define and document business requirements to support enhancements to Order-to-Cash systems Manage full user test cycle of developed enhancements including but not limited to defining test scenarios managing completion and accuracy of testing by stakeholders and ensuring all findings are documented and remediated Continuously seek out opportunities to enhance our Order-to-Cash systems and processes with a specific focus on our subscription billing platform Zuora and related systems Build relationships and establish trust with cross-functional partners Be an owner Own the processes you build and maintain acting as an ultimate escalation point and seeing issues through to resolution Ensure that requests from the Sales and Finance organizations related to Order to Cash processes and systems are optimally qualified prioritized and executed while also maintaining appropriate documentation Qualifications Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply If your career is just starting or hasn t followed a traditional path don t let that stop you from considering Twilio We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table Required Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders Ability to work independently in a very fast-paced high-growth team environment Knowledge of and experience with Quote to Cash and Revenue Recognition business processes Understanding of the integration points and data flows from to Salesforce and Zuora or similar systems that impact a Quote to Cash flow 8 years of experience in designing and configuring Subscription billing and payments systems like Zuora or other similar systems like Recurly etc Stripe Adyen etc in a SaaS environment Experience in writing detailed business requirements testing release plans required to develop and implement software solutions A passion and drive for improving systems processes in a collaborative team environment Desired Experience working in the SaaS technology industry Experience with any of the following applications Salesforce CPQ Oracle Fusion Working knowledge on Revenue Recognition and aligned processes and systems such as RevPro Oracle RMCS Netsuite Revenue Recognition or Zuora Revenue M A integration experience Location This role will be remote and based in India Karnataka Tamil Nadu Telangana Maharashtra Delhi Travel We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other For this role you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings What We Offer Working at Twilio offers many benefits including competitive pay generous time off ample parental and wellness leave healthcare a retirement savings program and much more Offerings vary by location Twilio thinks big Do you We like to solve problems take initiative pitch in when needed and are always up for trying new things That s why we seek out colleagues who embody our values -
