Job Description We're looking for a skilled and passionate DevOps Engineer to join our team in Indore. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll be crucial in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring our software delivery pipelines are efficient, reliable, and automated. If you thrive on optimizing infrastructure, enjoy collaborating with development teams, and have a strong command of Linux environments, we encourage you to apply Responsibilities - Manage and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible). - Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless software development and deployment processes. - Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment cycles. - Perform system administration tasks, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing server performance. - Maintain and secure Linux-based systems, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and compliance. - Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues. - Automate repetitive tasks and workflows to improve operational efficiency. - Participate in on-call rotations as needed to support critical systems. - Document infrastructure, processes, and procedures thoroughly. - Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices. Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role. - Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices. - Proven experience in Software Development concepts and practices. - Strong hands-on experience with Continuous Integration (CI) tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). - Strong System Administration skills, with a deep understanding of networking, security, and performance tuning. - Expertise in Linux operating systems, including scripting (Bash/Shell, Python). - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in complex environments. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, Kubernetes Certifications) are a significant plus. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly beneficial.
