About Notes9 Notes9 is developing an Agentic AI Platform for scientific research workflows that assists researchers throughout all phases of their lab work. Our platform integrates specialized AI agents that act as smart lab assistants, helping with literature review, data analysis, inventory management, and reporting. About the Founders Built by researchers and developers from BITS Pilani, University at Buffalo, and Oxford’s Jenner Institute, with industry stints at Equifax and IQVIA. Role Overview We’re seeking motivated AI Fullstack Developer Interns to join our growing team and contribute to building cutting-edge AI-powered research tools. This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern tech stack and gain hands-on experience in AI/ML applications. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain frontend components using Vue.js + TypeScript - Work with BlockSuite [https://github.com/toeverything/blocksuite] framework for rich editor functionality - Build backend APIs and services using NestJS and GraphQL - Integrate AI/ML models (OpenAI, Claude, Google AI) into applications - Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines - Work with vector databases and document processing systems - Collaborate on database design and optimization (PostgreSQL/Prisma) - Assist in implementing multi-tenant architecture - Write clean, testable code with proper documentation Required Skills - Frontend: Vue.js, TypeScript, modern JavaScri pt (ES6+)Backe - nd: Node.js, REST APIs, basic database conceptsAI/ML - : Familiarity with LLMs, OpenAI API, or similar AI servicesEdito - r Framework: Experience or interest in BlockSuite frameworkVersi - on Control: Git/GitHubProbl - em Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skillsCommu - nication: Good English communication skills Preferred Skills - Experience with NestJS, GraphQL, or Prisma - Knowledge of BlockSuite framework or rich text editors - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Docker) - Understanding of vector databases or RAG systems - Previous work with AI chatbots or document processing - Interest in biotech/pharmaceutical research domain What You’ll Learn - Building production-ready AI applications - Working with large language models and vector databases - Full-stack development best practices - Agile development methodologies - Research domain knowledge and compliance requirements Compensation & Benefits - Flexible working hours - Remote-first culture with occasional team meetings - Mentorship from experienced founders - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technology - Potential for full-time conversion based on performance - Certificate of completion and recommendation letter Requirements - Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Available for 6-month internship (with possible extension) - Can commit 30-35 hours per week - Own laptop and reliable internet connection Application Process Send your application to: [hiring@fills.ai] Include: 1.
