Job Title: Senior Golang Developer 📍 Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – Work from Office) 💼 Experience: 7+ Years 💰 CTC: ₹1.8 to ₹1.9 Lakh per Month (Based on Experience) About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Golang Developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Golang (Go) and distributed system design. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance APIs and microservices that power next-generation enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance microservices using Golang. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, DevOps, and QA to deliver quality software on time. - Write clean, efficient, and testable code, adhering to best coding practices and design patterns. - Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend components. - Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance application reliability. - Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to deployment automation. - Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentor junior developers. - Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring iterative and efficient delivery. Required Skills & Expertise: - Strong proficiency in Golang (Go) with 5+ years of hands-on experience. - Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems. - Experience with concurrency, caching, and performance tuning in Golang. - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments. - Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). - Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) is an added advantage. - Strong problem-solving skills, debugging expertise, and system design knowledge. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with high-traffic, low-latency backend systems. - Familiarity with API Gateway, gRPC, or GraphQL. - Exposure to DevOps and infrastructure automation tools. - Prior experience in mentoring and technical leadership.
