The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Golang (Go) and distributed system design. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance APIs and microservices that power next-generation enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance microservices using Golang.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, Dev Ops, and QA to deliver quality software on time.- Write clean, efficient, and testable code, adhering to best coding practices and design patterns.- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend components.- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance application reliability.- Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to deployment automation.- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentor junior developers.- Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring iterative and efficient delivery.Required Skills & Expertise:- Strong proficiency in Golang (Go) with 5+ years of hands-on experience.- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.- Experience with concurrency, caching, and performance tuning in Golang.- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.- Experience working with SQL and No SQL databases (My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, Redis).- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).- Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, Rabbit MQ, NATS) is an added advantage.- Strong problem-solving skills, debugging expertise, and system design knowledge.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with high-traffic, low-latency backend systems.- Familiarity with API Gateway, g RPC, or Graph QL.- Exposure to Dev Ops and infrastructure automation tools.- Prior experience in mentoring and technical leadership.
