Ltd. is a leading provider of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and inspection services, committed to delivering high-quality assessments, reliable reporting, and strong customer support across industries. We are expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic NDT Supervisor to join our Chennai team. Job Summary The NDT Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and executing NDT inspections at multiple client sites across India. The role involves daily travel, supervising field activities, ensuring timely reporting, collecting customer feedback, and supporting invoicing processes. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities - Conduct and supervise NDT inspections at various project sites across PAN India. - Ensure adherence to company and industry standards for all inspection activities. - Prepare, review, and submit accurate inspection reports on time. - Collect customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction levels. - Coordinate with the Chennai office for scheduling, equipment, and manpower requirements. - Ensure proper documentation and follow compliance protocols for each site visit. - Take responsibility for collecting invoices and ensuring timely submission to clients. - Assist in planning and resource management for ongoing and upcoming projects. - Troubleshoot site-level technical issues and escalate when required. - Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Required Qualifications & Skills - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. - Level II or Level III certification in NDT methods (UT, RT, MT, PT, VT, etc.). - 37 years of experience in field NDT inspections (supervisory experience preferred). - Strong understanding of NDT standards, procedures, and safety practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. - Ability to travel extensively across India (almost daily travel). - Strong report preparation and documentation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Good time management and problem-solving abilities. Additional Requirements - Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chennai. - Valid driving license preferred. - Flexibility to travel on short notice and work in diverse industrial environments.
