Location Taroda Pawdewadi We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in student counselling admissions management and achieving enrolment targets within the education sector You will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admission process and ensuring an exceptional enrolment experience Key Responsibilities Counsel and guide students and parents regarding academic programs career opportunities and admission requirements Handle inquiries via phone email and walk-ins providing accurate and timely information about courses and admission processes Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio from inquiry to enrolment Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to organize seminars webinars open houses and counselling sessions Maintain and update student databases CRM systems and reporting dashboards Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets Assist in developing strategies to enhance student engagement and retention Stay updated with current education trends course offerings and competitor activities Key Requirements Bachelor s degree Master s preferred in Education Marketing or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in student counselling admissions or education sales Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Passion for education and student success Preferred Skills Familiarity with digital marketing and lead management tools Multilingual ability is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Professional development and training opportunities Supportive and collaborative work culture Opportunity to make a real impact in students academic journeys Job Types Full-time Permanent Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 18 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
