Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Formulation Development Scientist, based in Panvel with some work from home flexibility. The Formulation Development Scientist will conduct research and development activities, develop formulations for various pharmaceutical products, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Key responsibilities include performing laboratory experiments asd per QbD and supporting technology transfer processes. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and quality product delivery. Qualifications - Laboratory Skills and Research experience - Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) methodologies - Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards - Data Analysis capabilities - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Experience in pharmaceutical formulation development is preferred - Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field with 5-7 years of experience.
