Job Title Senior Purchase Executive Experience Minimum 5 years in interior manufacturing or related industry Location GREATER NOIDA Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of raw materials furniture fittings laminates hardware veneers and other components required for interior manufacturing The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of interior production materials vendor management cost optimization and timely procurement to support production timelines Key Responsibilities Procurement Planning Analyze project requirements and plan purchases to meet production schedules without delays Vendor Management Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers evaluate vendor performance negotiate pricing and delivery terms Material Sourcing Source materials such as plywood laminates MDF hardware acrylic lighting and modular furniture components Cost Negotiation Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining quality and delivery commitments Purchase Orders Prepare and issue purchase orders follow up for timely delivery and quality compliance Inventory Coordination Work closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to track stock levels and ensure optimal inventory management Documentation Maintain proper documentation for audits order tracking delivery challans and invoice processing Market Research Stay updated on market trends new materials and vendors to maintain a cost-effective procurement strategy ERP Software Proficiency Use procurement and inventory management software for order processing and tracking e g Tally SAP ERP systems Requirements Education Graduate in any discipline a diploma or degree in supply chain or procurement is a plus Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the interior design manufacturing industry Industry Knowledge Deep understanding of interior manufacturing materials and suppliers Skills Strong negotiation and communication skills Attention to detail Time management and organizational skills Problem-solving ability Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
