Role Overview: We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead customer engagement across India. The ideal candidate will act as the strategic bridge between our clients and internal teams — ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth of ProcUrPal’s solutions. You will be responsible for driving measurable outcomes for our clients, maximizing their ROI, and ensuring long-term satisfaction through proactive support and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage end-to-end customer lifecycle — from onboarding to renewal. - Work closely with enterprise, government, and mid-market customers to ensure product adoption and value realization. - Conduct regular business reviews, training sessions, and adoption workshops. - Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to relay customer feedback for continuous improvement. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with Sales teams to expand client engagement. - Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, procurement heads, and CXOs. - Ensure high NPS, renewal rates, and customer satisfaction scores. - Prepare and present customer performance reports and ROI metrics. - Act as the voice of the customer within ProcUrPal. Qualifications & Experience: - 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enterprise Relationship Management, preferably in SaaS / Procurement / ERP / Cloud domains. - Strong understanding of procurement processes, RFPs, and vendor management workflows. - Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and delivering measurable outcomes. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with PAN India client exposure. - Proactive mindset with a customer-first approach and problem-solving attitude.
