Job Description

- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
- 08 to 10yrs. (GCC Experience Minimum 05-06 yrs.)- Preferably in the field of Quantity Surveyor of Hospital Building Projects & Commercial & Residential Buildings Projects.
- Candidate should have good knowledge in calculation of quality with drawings, adjective level of accuracy.
- Preparation of contracts, bill of quantities, budgets, forecasting, monthly progress valuation of works at site.
- Recording and monitoring of all site works and costs being expended on the project.
- Preparing of interim payment application, recording variations, claims, site stock assessment, monthly
- commercial report and reconciliation reports in conjunction with PM and site team
- Evaluate IPAs, bills, invoices submitted by subcontractors, vendors for payment certifications.
- Final Accounts in conjunction with relevant parties
- Review the initial tender/contract comparison efforts by the tender cell and ensure that claims are raised where necessary
- Maintaining a schedule of all submissions, change orders, claims, responses for approvals, inspections, Variations etc.

Documenting contracts, WOs, POs, BGs, certified bills, NOCs for release of retentions
