Team Manager - UMR We are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Team Manager who is open to take on new challenges and leading the team s transformation Main Responsibilities Leading coaching and developing a team of highly skilled Engineers in area of R D Understand and anticipate the requirements from PC teams and ensure a world class Engineering support as needed from EITC in a proactive manner Assigning the work in your team providing direction and removing obstacles to get work done Supporting your team in technical discussions to make the right technical decisions Drive design reviews with internal and external stake holders Taking the product ownership mindset for components and systems in your scope and leading the execution of roadmaps Managing resources developing competence and recruiting new talents to meet current and future needs Lead continuous improvement activities product process tools methods and fostering innovation Managing interfaces towards other functions to support project deliveries and make daily operation more efficient Delivering project activities on time and according to budget Create awareness and share important technological developments both within and outside the Mining industry for concerned technology areas in your team Actively support management team and contributing to overall team development Reporting to the Business Line Manager in a timely and efficient manner Complying to company policies and follow company values and business code of practice Qualifications and Experience BE BTech MS MTech in Mechanical or Automobile Minimum 12-year experience from product development and People management Excellent networking communication skills Leadership experience of leading engineering teams Agile leadership experience is a merit Awareness on Hydraulic basic system and application Good knowledge on structures design and Engineering materials Knowledge of design standards Project management knowledge Personality Requirement Enthusiastic positive minded and able to work well in an international client environment Good interpersonal communication and analytical skills Self-starter and goal oriented Attention to details and strong sense of responsibility Team player - open-minded and flexible Epiroc is a global productivity partner for mining and construction customers and accelerates the transformation toward a sustainable society With ground-breaking technology Epiroc develops and provides innovative and safe equipment such as drill rigs rock excavation and construction equipment and tools for surface and underground applications The company also offers world-class service and other aftermarket support as well as solutions for automation digitalization and electrification Epiroc is based in Stockholm Sweden had revenues of more than SEK 60 billion in 2023 and has around 18 200 passionate employees supporting and collaborating with customers in around 150 countries Learn more at
