Job Title: LDR Staff Nurse

Work Mode: On-Site

Location: India

Role Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care during labor, delivery, and recovery phases.
- Monitor and assess the physical and emotional status of patients.
- Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care protocols.
- Support obstetrician during labor and delivery processes.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote effective patient outcomes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Provide post-operative care and ensure recovery protocols are followed.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs.
- Assist with prenatal and postnatal patient education.
- Conduct routine assessments and evaluations of patient needs.
- Stay updated on best practices in maternal and neonatal care.

Qualifications

- Registered Nurse (RN) license in India.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maternity or neonatal nursing.
- Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Strong knowledge of obstetrical nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment.
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical nursing practices.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations.
- Adept in patient education and advocacy.
- Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development.
