About Recipto Recipto enables brands to run phygital physical digital campaigns in gated communities using AI-powered links We currently manage privileged marketing access to 60 000 societies across 7 cities Internship Role You will work on onboarding and managing gated communities for phygital campaigns - meeting association members discussing pricing executing campaigns on-ground digitally and sharing proof with clients Key Responsibilities - Visit gated communities and meet association committee members - Negotiate pricing for banners standees WhatsApp digital placements - Collect maintain rate cards of communities and channels- Finalize approvals and onboard apartments for active campaigns- Execute physical digital campaigns end-to-end- Share proofs photos videos URL screenshots WhatsApp forwards to team- Maintain activity reports for visits closuresCompensation Part Time - Performance Based Up to - 42 000 month structured as - 30 000 - campaign incentives based on successful closures execution- 12 000 - fuel meetup reimbursements for field visits Payout is performance-linked and capped at - 42 000 month for interns Who Can Apply- Strong communication negotiation skills- Comfortable with on-ground field visits and deal closures- Prior sales BD event community experience is a plus- Students or freshers can apply - degree not mandatory- Must be able to commit 6 months part-time How to ApplySend your LinkedIn profile or resume with subject line BD Intern - Gated Communities - ref updazz com
