Cancer patients face not just a disease, but a broken system where delays in treatment are common due to outdated, error-prone workflows. RISA Labs is changing that with our Business Operating System as a Service (BOSS) - a powerful platform built for the vertical complexity of healthcare, that transforms healthcare operations. Unlike simple automation tools, BOSS breaks down complex workflows into small tasks, managed by smart AI agents like LLMs, digital twins, and reinforcement learners. This creates a digital workforce that doubles the efficiency of healthcare teams, letting a 1,000-person institution operate like it has 2,000 staff overnight.
Founders
RISA was founded by Kshitij Jaggi and Kumar Shivang, IIT Kanpur alumni with a proven track record from their previous healthcare startup, Urban Health. Their vision is to streamline oncology care through cutting-edge technology.
Funding
RISA Labs is backed by $3.5 million in seed funding, led by Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal, with support from Oncology Ventures, General Catalyst, z21 Ventures, Odd Bird VC, and angel investor Ashish Gupta.
Role Overview
You will own the strategy and execution of initiatives that directly fuel pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue impact. Youll lead targeted outreach to decision-makers, manage the sales pipeline end-to-end, and drive go-to-market strategies for new products and features. This role demands close cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, marketing, and leadership to deliver scalable, high-impact growth in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Outreach - Drive personalized LinkedIn and account-based campaigns to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads
- Own the Sales Pipeline - Manage end-to-end lead generation, conversion, and acceleration to ensure revenue growth
- Execute GTM Strategies - Plan and deliver product launches and feature rollouts with aligned messaging across teams
- Content & Thought Leadership - Develop case studies, insights, and webinars that position RISA as an industry leader
- Sales Enablement - Create and refine tools (battlecards, ROI calculators, one-pagers) to support high-value deal closure
- Leverage Customer Insights - Collect and apply feedback to improve positioning, offerings, and GTM impact
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with leadership, product, sales, and marketing to drive efficient, scalable growth
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, growth, or related roles at a B2B SaaS, AI, or healthcare technology company
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in funnel analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to design and run growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering)
- Comfort with growth and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, HubSpot/Salesforce) and light SQL/spreadsheet modeling
- Entrepreneurial drive and a passion for building scalable solutions that improve outcomes in healthcare
