Job Description Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement electrical project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation - Oversee the execution of electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards - Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement necessary solutions - Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and development - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical projects with overall project objectives - Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement Behavioural Skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving mindset and decision-making capabilities - Strategic thinking and planning skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Technical Skills - In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and equipment in the Power/Energy industry - Proficiency in project management tools and software - Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the electrical field - Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications - Experience in handling high-voltage electrical projects Non-Negotiable Skills - Strong leadership and project management skills - Expertise in electrical systems and equipment - Ability to ensure project compliance and quality standards Qualifications Education Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field (required) - master's degree in electrical engineering or project management (preferred) Experience - 10-15 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry - Proven track record in managing electrical projects
