Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities - Develop and implement electrical project plans including scheduling budgeting and resource allocation - Oversee the execution of electrical projects from conception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards - Coordinate with internal teams external contractors and stakeholders to drive project success - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress identify issues and implement necessary solutions - Manage project documentation including drawings specifications and reports - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of learning and development - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical projects with overall project objectives - Stay updated on industry trends technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement Behavioural Skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving mindset and decision-making capabilities - Strategic thinking and planning skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Technical Skills - In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and equipment in the Power Energy industry - Proficiency in project management tools and software - Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the electrical field - Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications - Experience in handling high-voltage electrical projects Non-Negotiable Skills - Strong leadership and project management skills - Expertise in electrical systems and equipment - Ability to ensure project compliance and quality standards Qualifications Education Qualification - Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering or related field required - master s degree in electrical engineering or project management preferred Experience - 10-15 years of experience in the Power Energy industry - Proven track record in managing electrical projects
