Digital Marketing AssociateLocation Mumbai Hybrid Type Full-timeAbout Veera Health Veera Health is India s leading women s wellness brand built on medical science and crafted for women who want better solutions for their hormonal health We offer beautifully packaged clinically backed supplements and programs that help women look and feel their best-at every stage of life Role Overview We re looking for a sharp Digital Marketing Associate with hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads ideally in a direct-to-consumer DTC brand targeted at women You ll play a key role in scaling our paid performance campaigns to drive customer acquisition revenue growth and brand impact Key Responsibilities - Launch manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Facebook Instagram and Google Search Display YouTube individually and alongside agency partners - Drive results across key KPIs like CAC ROAS CTR and CVR - Collaborate with the creative team to brief test and iterate ad creatives that resonate with women audiences - Create and manage detailed audience strategies including lookalikes interest groups and retargeting funnels - Analyze campaign performance regularly and deliver clear insights with next steps - Stay updated on platform algorithm changes creative trends and competitive benchmarks in the DTC space What We re Looking For - 1-2 years of experience in paid media with a strong track record managing Meta and Google Ads - Experience working with DTC brands targeting women in wellness skincare beauty fashion or health - Strong understanding of performance metrics and conversion funnels - Proficient in UTM tracking GA4 Meta Google ad platforms and performance dashboards - Comfort with basic ad copywriting or giving creative feedback - Highly detail-oriented organized and performance-driven - Excellent written and oral communication skills - you should be able to clearly articulately explain why a creative or targeting option worked or didn t work and derive deep insights about the customer Comfortable in a fast-paced early-stage environment with ambitious growth goals ref updazz com
