Job Description Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Analysis & Research: - Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and industry research relevant to the company and its competitors. - Monitor market trends, analyst reports, and investment community sentiment. - Prepare detailed equity research reports and financial models. 2. Communication & Relationship Management: - Maintain and build strong relationships with sell-side analysts, institutional investors, and brokerage firms. - Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, earnings calls, and analyst briefings. - Serve as a trusted point of contact for queries from the investment community. 3. Messaging & Disclosure: - Collaborate with the corporate communications and finance teams to develop clear and consistent messaging. - Support the preparation of investor presentations, quarterly earnings releases, and annual reports. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and market disclosure norms. 4. Strategic Input: - Provide insights and feedback from the sell-side community to senior management. - Support the development of investor relations strategies to enhance company visibility and valuation. - Track analyst recommendations and investor sentiment to inform strategic decision-making. Key Requirements: - Education: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. - CFA or MBA preferred. - Experience: - 36 years experience in equity research, investment banking, sell-side analyst role, or investor relations. - Strong understanding of financial markets, valuation techniques, and equity analysis. - Skills: - Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, or similar tools.
