Who Are We?
The vision of Smart-commerce team is to digitize brand owners and selling partner by providing a suite of product offerings across the business's lifecycle. Within this, we are building a solution to enable sellers to set up their website & scale their independent online business serving their customers with the most effective ways possible. In other words, we want to be the one stop shop for all e-commerce needs of small & medium D2C brands.
As a part of Smbhav announcement ( https://smbhav.amazon.in/grow-with-amazon/smart-commerce) this is the Smart-commerce team which will build solutions to digitize the SMBs.
Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and highly motivated Ads Manager to help deliver our product offerings & solutions to sellers to succeed online. You should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems and be able to gather actionable insights. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to innovate with customers, influencing the product roadmap. You should be relentlessly customer focused & agile to shape this business from zero to one
Your core responsibilities include:
• Serve as main point of contact for Advertisers and act as an enabler to their sales & marketing initiatives via 1:1 outreach program, displaying dedication to delivering first-class service and online advertising solutions to grow seller's D2C business
• Analyze campaign performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to help advertisers to meet their business goals.
• Understand Performance Advertising and uses various tools and techniques to fix campaign set-up and provide related campaign optimization support
• Provide education to the 1P and PLS teams via 1:1 programs and online trainings
• Respond promptly & accurately to advertiser queries and help them resolve issues with regards to their campaigns
• Troubleshoot any technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions, provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve advertiser experience
• Identify opportunities to improve Smartbiz and Buy with Amazon product based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products
• Taking complete ownership for a portfolio of accounts High Value Sellers
• Monitoring and communicating campaign progress through regular, in-depth activity reports and insights, using this knowledge as a basis for future campaigns
• Working with Account Management, Sales & Marketing and Product teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance
• Preparing documents around best practices, SOPs and framework for improving overall seller performance- 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers- Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
- Experience in e-commerce
