Job Description – Technical Lead (Full Stack)- TypeScript, React.Js, Node.Js, and PostgreSQL. Location : Chennai- Onsite Experience required : 7+ years of full-stack development experience with at least 2+ years in a lead/mentorship role. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Budget :20 LPA Required Skills & Experience Extensive experience with TypeScript, React.Js, Node.Js, and PostgreSQL. Proven ability to design scalable, high-performing APIs and UIs. Strong database knowledge – SQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes. About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to join our engineering team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, proven leadership skills, and the ability to design, develop, and deliver scalable applications. You will guide a team of engineers, drive best practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining a full-stack applications. Architect, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions. Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Mentor and coach team members, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices in software development. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant. . Advanced knowledge o f Azure Cloud. Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture . Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure)and CI/CD pipelines. Strong knowledge of system design, design patterns, and software architecture. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
