We are seeking a self-motivated Inside Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic sales team The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing his her team developing sales strategies and driving revenue growth through effective communication and customer engagement - He She will work closely with other departments to meet sales targets and achieve company objectives Responsibilities 1 Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets revenue growth and ensure a positive customer experience 2 Develop sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and improve customer engagement 3 Collaborate with other departments such as marketing product and customer service to coordinate sales efforts and support broader business objectives 4 Analyze sales performance data develop actionable insights and implement initiatives that drive continued sales growth 5 Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and promote a culture of customer- centricity across the sales team 6 Coach and develop team members delivering ongoing training and development programs to improve sales skills and overall performance 7 Maintain a deep understanding of industry and market trends customer needs and competitor activities using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics 8 Develop and monitor key performance indicators KPIs 9 Oversee day-to-day sales activities and ensure smooth operations Requirements and Qualifications 1 Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field 2 Proven experience as an Inside Sales Team Lead or similar role 3 Strong leadership and team management skills 4 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5 Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite 6 Analytical and problem-solving abilities 7 Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 8 Strong organizational and time-management skills ref updazz com
