Area Sales Manager - LAP

Job Summary:

The Area Sales Manager for LAP plays a pivotal role in driving sales strategies and achieving ambitious revenue targets. This position involves managing relationships with clients, leading a dynamic sales team, and ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within the designated area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and tailor marketing campaigns to the local market.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and key performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive team performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend sales meetings.
