We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in their designated area, leading a team of sales representatives, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the area.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving targets.
