IBM Sterling OMS Developer Experience:5+ Years Skills:OMS Sterling, Sterling Commerce, Java Roles and Responsibilities: - More than 5 years of experience in IBM Sterling suite as Lead, Developer and support roles . - Expertise in implementing IBM Sterling OMS solution to support multi-brand, multi-region, multi-channel initiatives. - Sound knowledge of key Foundation modules like Distributed Order Management, Supply Collaboration, Global Inventory Visibility, Payment Processing, Reverse Logistics - Deep knowledge with RCP COM, RCP SOM and Web store application frameworks - Knowledge of cloud technologies, web technologies, application servers like WebLogic and WebSphere. - Experience in integrating IBM Sterling OMS with eCommerce systems, Product management Systems, Payment Gateway, Tax engine, Fraud solution, WMS etc - Knowledge / experience in Omnichannel eCommerce implementation. - Solid understanding of core Java, servlets , web services (REST & SOAP), Batch, SFTP, API Gateways - Experience in developing Java-based extensions and integration interfaces for Sterling OMS - Familiarity with full stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques - Rich experience in gathering functional requirements, defining custom interfaces, data flow diagrams and functional designs. - Responsible for analyzing and documenting business needs, system integration, solution design / mapping and data requirements. - Good planning and time management skills and ability to multitask many different priorities in a fast-paced environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to work independently with minimal direction - Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
