We are seeking an experienced
Application Developer
to design, build, and configure applications that meet complex business process requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing, user-friendly solutions while keeping pace with the latest technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a
    Subject Matter Expert (SME)
    for IBM Sterling Commerce.
  • Lead and mentor the development team; own team decisions and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to define and implement key technical solutions.
  • Provide robust, scalable solutions to cross-team challenges.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill team members.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.
  • Support, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications for optimal performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in
    IBM Sterling Commerce
    (minimum 5 years).
  • Solid understanding of application development methodologies.
  • Experience integrating various systems and APIs.
  • Proficiency in database management and SQL.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
  • Experience with
    Order Management Systems (OMS)
    .
  • Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
