Job Title Assistant Sales Manager - Commercial Office Space Location Greater Noida West U P Experience Minimum 5 years in Commercial Real Estate Sales Industry Real Estate Commercial Property Sales Employment Type Full Time Job Summary Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager with a strong background in commercial office space sales The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales specifically in selling commercial office properties Excellent spoken and written English communication is essential as the role requires regular interaction with corporate clients investors and high-net-worth individuals Candidates with an active dealer or channel partner network in the Greater Noida West area will be given priority Key Responsibilities o Identify and develop new business opportunities for selling commercial office spaces o Manage and grow relationships with clients property owners and channel partners o Understand client requirements and offer suitable commercial space options o Conduct property site visits schedule meetings and follow up regularly with prospects oPrepare and deliver effective sales pitches proposals and presentations o Negotiate sale terms and close deals in alignment with company targets o Maintain a detailed database of listings client interactions and sales pipeline o Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and promote offerings o Stay updated on commercial real estate market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies Requirements o Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or a related field o Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial office space sales o Excellent communication skills in English verbal and written o Strong interpersonal client-handling and negotiation abilities o Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools o Self-driven organized and capable of working independently or within a team o Good understanding of the Greater Noida and NCR commercial property market is a plus o Existing network of dealers or channel partners in Greater Noida West is highly preferred Interested Candidates can send their cv on 8898339696 or mail us on jobs mountsolutions in Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
