In this role you will-

Collaborate closely with the creative team, account managers, and other stakeholders to understand client objectives, target audience insights, and project requirements.

Conceptualize and develop creative copy solutions that align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives across various digital channels, including social media, websites, email, and advertising.

Ensure that all copy produced is good quality copy, adheres to brand voice and tone guidelines, and effectively communicates key messages to the intended audience.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and copywriting, and share insights with the team to inspire innovation and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, develop integrated campaigns, and solve creative challenges.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.

Need to be proactive and adept at crafting engaging social media monthly content calendars and copies.

Need to be full of ideas and curiosity to explore creative and quirky ways to approach mundane tasks with enthusiasm.

You have

Bachelor&aposs degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.

A flair for language and a knack for producing new, original ideas.

Proven experience in copywriting and creating monthly content calendars, preferably in a digital agency or similar environment for at least 8+ years.

Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive copy that drives engagement and action.

Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media trends, content marketing, and user experience best practices.
